Check-in From 15:00. Self check-in using TTLock digital locks. Please complete the check-in requirements sent with your booking and use the access instructions provided before arrival. There is no staffed reception to meet you.
Check-out By 11:00. Please follow the departure instructions in your booking confirmation.
Cancellation/ prepayment
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the conditions of your required room.
Children and extra beds
All children are welcome.
Please check your selected room’s occupancy and any arrangements for children when booking. Contact Will before booking if you need a cot or have specific requirements.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Parking
There is no on-site parking. On-street parking outside the hotel is free but limited to 1 hour, with no return within 2 hours, from 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday. Spaces are subject to availability. Please check the roadside signs when parking.
Blue Badge holders can use these on-street bays and are generally exempt from the standard time limit when displaying a valid badge, unless the signs specify a separate restriction for badge holders. Please follow the Blue Badge rules and local signage.
Nearby paid parking is listed at £10 per day; please check the car park’s current tariff and signage.
Pets, Wi-Fi and Smoking
Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi is free. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor public areas and is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
Groups and Full-House Bookings
All groups are welcome. The entire property can be reserved for larger groups, including exclusive use of the private basement area and access to the kitchen. Kitchen access is available only for full-house bookings.
Facilities and meals
Breakfast and bar service are not provided. The former bar area and dining room are available for guest use. Kitchen access is available only for full-house bookings.
