Stayed here for 3 nights with my wife & 5 year old son in a very 'cosy' family room of a double bed & single bed. The lady (sorry can't remember her name) that checked us in and waited all the breakfasts was really nice & polite. Absolutely fine stay and did what we needed it for. At the end of the day it's a 3 star guest house so that's what we were expecting and got , so overall fine stay. Breakfasts in the morning were nice and location is spot on in our eyes, central to all main attractions and no more than 10 minute walk to central pier and also eateries like Frankie & Benny's & a Sizzling pub chain that we used. Also a free cash machine on same road just 2 minute walk away.

Breakfast was spot on every morning and started the day off perfect . location is perfect 5mins walking from all merlin attractions including tower pleasure beach 15 mins stroll along promenade. free cash machine at bottom of rd and convince shops and car park was £14 from Fri afternoon till mon cheap as chips and has cameras insitu. Stayed for the night with my Mrs & The kids. Booked a family room and I have to say the size of the room was tremendous. 2 double beds, a single and a travel cot in the room and there was still plenty of room. The beds themselves where excellent and we all had a great sleep? memory foam mattresses & pillows Only downside was one of the blinds where broke & that the lights in the room both had to be on at the same time ( light with the fan above the bed wouldn't turn off by the pulley ) The breakfast was also spot on! We will definitely be staying again & would recommend. thanks Chris for the warm welcome & for the stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights on B&B rate, and we were really pleased with the deal. Chris was very welcoming, we found the hotel to be clean and the room was a good size with ensuite. The hotel is in a good location, close to attractions but away from the noise and there is a car park at the bottom of the street, 3 days parking for £14 is fantastic and it is a 24hr car park, there is also a cash machine at the bottom of the street that doesn't charge you for withdrawing.(All the ones on the front and in shops charge between £1.50 and £2) Breakfast was good and there was cereal if you wanted it as well, and there is a bar in the hotel (we didn't use it though). Free WIFI as well, not just in the foyer area which is a bonus. Good hotel, we would certainly go back.

Myself, partner and 3 boys stayed at the hotel for 3 nights on a wowcher offer. Rooms are clean, towels changed daily and the owner was helpful and friendly. We couldn't fault anything for what we paid and really enjoyed our stay, would definitely return hotel is in an excellent location 5 minutes from the tower.

Friendly, clean, easy going hotel. Everything we needed. The room was better than I imagined it would be. Shower was lovely after a day on the beach. Breakfast smelt amazing but we slept in. Loved the way the manager didn't mind when we were due in at night. The hotel is easy to find, is close to the beach/proms/shops, and is also close to a free cash machine, and decent prices car park
